Yes we do buy back third hand clothing. As long as it is still in resale condition.
Yes, we accept returns. We only accept returns within a 14 day period. And only for faulty, misadvertised merchandise, and not bargain bin items. We do not accept change of mind returns. All returns must be received in the same state they were originally posted. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, all of our items are laundered, ironed (if able) and free from stains. Unless they are in the bargain bin, where you’ll find the odd item with a stain.
Yes we do post to overseas. All our postage estimates are for Australian postage only. If you require overseas postage, email us with the destination and we’ll let you know the cost within 24 hours.
Yes we do combine postage. Most of our stock will fit into a 500g Australia Post prepaid satchel, we can fit a few summer items in one. Otherwise denim and jumpers etc. will go in a 3kg prepaid satchel and we can fit quite a few items (up to 3kg) in one of these. So, the more you buy, the less you pay individually in postage.
As we buy our items from second hand dealers we get to choose, but rarely get the same style in different sizes. We will try to find a specific item for you amongst our dealers and may find what you’re after.
